The China IP SME Helpdesk supports European Union (EU) Small and Medium-sized Enterprises (SMEs) to both protect and enforce their Intellectual Property Rights (IPR) in or relating to Mainland China, Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan through the provision of free information and services. These take the form of jargon-free, first-line, confidential advice on intellectual property and related issues, plus training, materials and online resources. South-East Asia IPR Helpdesk
The South-East Asia IPR SME Helpdesk is an initiative of the European Commission, which aims to support small and medium sized enterprises (SMEs) from European Union (EU) member states to protect and enforce their Intellectual Property (IP) rights in or relating to South-East Asian countries. The Helpdesk provides jargon-free, first-line, confidential advice on intellectual property and related issues, along with training events, materials, and online resources. Individual SMEs and SME intermediaries can submit their IPR enquiries via email (question@southeastasia-iprhelpdesk.eu) to receive free and confidential first-line advice within 3 working days.
